A podcast edit combines the agreed content cuts with audio cleanup, level balancing, and export preparation. Video, short clips, captions, and show notes are separate deliverables to include in your brief.

Choose a light cleanup or a more involved conversation edit. Flag anything that must stay, any sensitive passages, and the examples that match your pacing.
An audio-first foundation
Plan cleanup for distracting noise, uneven levels, long gaps, and agreed mistakes. Source recording quality sets the limits; we assess a sample before promising a result.
Video and shareable moments
Add video cuts, branded titles, captions, and social clips to the scope. Agree on aspect ratios, clip count, caption style, and whether each clip needs its own hook.
A reviewable delivery
Review the draft and leave time-based feedback. The pilot scope sets revision rounds and final formats, so you know what you are getting before production starts.
What should I send?
Start with a sample and your intended output. Separate speaker tracks, original video files, an intro or outro you own, and any edit notes help us evaluate the work.
